E-Learning Support For Disables
ELSUPPORT
Avrupa Birliği Erasmus+ Programı Okul Eğitiminde İşbirliği Ortaklıkları (KA220-SCH) kapsamında başvurusu yapılan ve almaya hak kazanan "Engelli Öğrenciler için Destek e-Öğrenme" (E-Learning Support For Disables - ELSUPPORT) Genel Müdürlüğümüz liderliğinde ve koordinasyonunda yürütülmüştür.
PROJE AMACI:
Projenin amacı özellikle otistik öğrenciler olmak üzere engelli bireylerin destek eğitim programında yer alan kazanımlara uygun olarak kendi başlarına ya da öğretmen, uzman öğretici, ailesi, velisi veya vasi rehberliğinde kullanabileceği etkileşimli materyal, video, ses, görsel, metin vb. formatlarda geliştirilen e-içeriklerin paylaşılabileceği ve uygulamaların yürütülebileceği internet tabanlı platformdan geliştirilmesidir
PROJE FAALİYETLERİ VE ÇIKTILARI
- E-platform (E-Platform: Web based sharing platform): Eğitim personelleri tarafından geliştirilen elektronik içerikler, dijital materyallerin ve diğer interaktif araçların paylaşılması için oluşturulacak e-platform sayesinde öğretmen ve aile desteğinde özellikle otistik ve engelli öğrencilerin kullanabileceği internet tabanlı paylaşım ve uygulama sistemi geliştirlmiştir.
- E-öğrenme araçları ve dijital materyaller (E-Learning Tools: Digital materials and e-learnings tools) Bakanlığımız destek öğrenme programlarında yer alan kazanımlara göre örnek olarak dijital materyaller, e-öğrenme araçları, oyun uygulamaları, interaktif öğrenme içerikleri oluşturulmuştur
- Öğretmen El Kitabı ve Aile Kılavuzu (Teacher Manuals and Parents Guidance for the digital contents and e-learning tools) Proje kapsamında geliştirilen e-platform, dijital içeriklerin kullanımı ve yeni içeriklerin eklenmesine yönelik öğretmenler için el kitabı ve aileler için kullanım kılavuzu hazırlanmıştır.
- Pilot Eğitimlerin Raporları ve Değerlendirme Araçları (Pilot reports: Assessment tools) geliştirilen e-platform ve dijital içeriklerin pilot uygulanması ve değerlendirme faaliyetlerinin yürütülerek raporlanması yapılmıştır.

Objective of the Project
The aim of the project is to develop an internet-based platform can be shared and lear,ning activites that can be carried out by disabled individuals, especially autistic students, in accordance with the achievements in the support education program, or with the teacher, expert instructor, family, and mindcares through digital interactive education materials, videos, audio, visuals, texts, or learning activities.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND OUTPUTS
- E-platform (E-Platform: Web based sharing platform): An internet-based sharing and application system that can be used by autistic and disabled students, especially with teacher and family support, were developed thanks to the e-platform to be created for sharing electronic content, digital materials and other interactive tools developed by education personnel.
- E-Learning Tools and Digital Materials (E-Learning Tools) The Dijital education tools and digital teaching materials were developed as e-learning materials such as teaching activites, games, tests, interactive learning contents as examples according to the learning attainments in support education programs
- Teacher Manuals and Parents Guidancefor the digital contents and e-learning tools: Within the scope of the project, a handbook for teachers and a user guide for families were prepared for the use of the developed e-platform, digital contents and the addition of new contents.
- Pilot Training Reports and Assessment Tools; The pilot implementation and evaluation activities of the developed e-platform and digital contents
